Retroactive jealousy is normal. Lahat tayo may past na may kinalaman sa ibang tao, whether it was a crush, a talking stage, or someone they had a connection with, even if it never became official. It doesn’t mean they loved those people more or that they still have feelings for them. It just means they had experiences before you, and that’s okay. What matters now is who they choose to be with in the present, and that’s you.

help, my partner has an ex (I think they ended early 2024) who's much prettier and more popular than me. He told me she used to be his gr8est love. No matter how much assurance I get from him I STILL GET HIT BY retroactive jealousy I DON'T KNOW what to DO —and this girl sent him a birthday message this year (he told me abt it and he alr blocked her) like she's trying to reach him out again. .
