It's easier to make games today but it's not easier to make a good game x') and don't forget the market is currently flooded (I speak as an indie game artist) but it you're doing it for fun and not for for the money at all, yes please have your fun !

blender used to have a built in game engine. I don't believe it's still in the code. but I'm glad they're no longer focusing on that and relying on a dedicated development godot
