not the worst but I once launched my boat whilst I was alone and forgot to hook the rope, saw the boat go and the hook pull and fall in the water in my back mirror, by the time I got out of the truck the boat was a good 100' away and floating away. I was alone, it was November and water was at 43°F. emptied my pockets, kept my rain suite overall pants, rubber boots, glasses and baseball cap on, jumped in the river and wish that I get to the boat. Finally got to the boat, thank god I had a ladder I was exhausted boots full of water and frozen. Got in the boat, back on the trailer and went home to warm up. 😂😂😂

I’m a baby with fishing but I feel like every time I’ve tried, the hook went through the fishes eye and destroyed it and it traumatized me every time so I quit lol

Reached down to grab a bass & got bite in the arm by a water moccasin almost lost my arm & still have the scar

Garbage :
During a two day tournament, spent the night on the boat ~50 miles offshore on the Gulf. Got a middle of the night visit from pirates and had to flash our weapons (thank god we had them). Luckily scared them off. Next morning we had dead batteries for each engine and had to get jump started by another team who was out that far also.

I was fishing for some gar at this spot that I thought it was secret at night. Heard shooting and heared the bullets just passing on top of us
