huh? exclusive full screen always gives better performance since it's only going to be rendering the game. borderless full screen will still be allocating GPU usage to your desktop

I dont get why people like fullscreen when i tab out of the game sometimes it just flashes my screen, turns it black and reloads my monitor + depending on the game it kinda flashes the game when i tab back in

yeah I have the LG 34" curved and only runs at 60 hz, I have tried to change it but it won't let me. this is on console not PC. what monitor would you recommend? Thank you for your time.

If you want dlss in 4k without a 4k screen(or without DLAA performance loss) you can use dldsr to upscale the screen resolution and then use dlss(quality) ingame. Dlss upscales from a lower resolution back up. Which does similar to DLAA only less performance hits and it can look better.

im ngl the input lag has been minimized with vsync and new antilag systems of nvidia and amd, also alternatives of vsync work well on any recent gpus/cpus so id say its much better now than before if u have screen tearing issues

My monitor has free-sync but I still have small amounts of tearing when capped at 140. Any way I can stop this without Vsync?

People think ultra settings = Best visuals.... a lot of ultra/extreme settings are intensive yet offer little to no visual improvement to Medium or high, depends on the game ofc

fullscreen is so much better for fps games but in rpgs borderless is just more convenient

Fullscreen still gives the best and most optimized performance, especially for fps games like Cs2. Fullscreen Borderless introduces a bit of lag and latency (not always lag, but latency). It's nice for single player games, but for fps where performance matters fullscreen is the best.

Similar to the other video about cooling, if u bought or have a high end pc, just set the game to ultra or high and enjoy imo. My buddy boots up a game and literally spends HOURS with settings and fps charts. I set my stuff to max, DLSS quality, and look at a little fps number. By the time my buddy starts actually playing im already on chapter 3 🤣🤣🤣

vsync input lag is a half myth. the delay it "may" cause is so little, that human response times can't combat it. even Cats would struggle
