Why chop or mince the garlic and put it in with the butter/oil? The garlic should sort of dissolve if you do that and won’t burn if you don’t cook it too long.

I love watching but all these videos have a lot of cross contamination. Touch chicken then salt, knife cuts chicken then uses on butter. What am I missing?
