You still cannot do the splits, probably not because you do the wrong exercises. 

A lot of people practice correctly, but they only exercise 1 time per week, which in most cases is not enough. All those different stretching exercises in the video are great and will help you learn the splits, but its really important that you do them consistently in your workouts, at least 3 or 4 times per week, if you really want to soon learn the splits. 👗My favorite outfit 😍: @TENXIE
