my first year of dance i competed…i was three lol and knew every part of my dance…i don’t see the point of putting your kid in class until they can actually comprehend what they’re doing

Sometimes it’s more about the fun they had in weekly classes than what they can do in a 3 minute performance. Dance is fun and helps with coordination and confidence!

We uses soloists so an older child was part of the dance to cue little kids. It gave older girls special performance opportunities and the little girls LOVED them.
