I think you need to decide what you want and take it step by step. If it’s doctor, online is not recommended. If it’s influencer/entrepreneur…looks like you’re already on your way. Most doctors concentrate on their studies and education first and let the other things happen later.

Ok if you want to move to Texas I would not recommend Austin. I would recommend the DFW or San Antonio. Maybe even Houston

At the minimum 100 shadowing hours, 200 clinical and 500 research hours are needed. Those things take up almost all your free time. Your moisturizer is a unique passion project, but how are you going to get the rest? Something to think about if you really want med school.
