Ive been to China. Most people in the west don't understand that China is far far ahead of us in almost every way. The transportatin system was so impressive, clean, fast, and all computerized. Also people commonly think it is a communist country, when in actuality it is socialism. I did not see ANY hmeless. Beautiful country.

I enjoy your kids. Of course you are correct concerning the appalling racism which the Chinese suffered in the American and Canadian West. However , consider how 'Chinese Man' and 'China Man' sound when spoken. 'China Man' rolls off the tongue whereas 'Chinese Man' sounds awkward. Here in B.C. we have English Man River, Frenchman Lake, and China Creek. I don't believe 'China Man' in this regard was intended to be a slur. There is, however, a terrible racsist slur which starts with 'ch' and rhymes with 'ink' which was used extensively.
