How do you paint a new piece? Need to go over someone else's hard work? Or does the council paint over the walls once in a while for a fresh start?

It's such a fantastic idea... there is also a purpose built crossover brick wall with 8 sides for artists near the community shed in the wetlands just off Rosella ave in werribee too... we definitely need more...

So refreshing to see ACTUAL talent and style. I was beginning to think the whole graff scene was dying when alls i see these days are sloppy throw ups, dicks or insults. Some real toy shit. But these pieces are unreal 🤌🏼 love to see it

Great way to encourage graffiti and save council save from cleaning it up. I encourage everyone to get out there with pressure washers.
