Try supersetting or doing back2back exercises whenever your on a hurry so you can make the most of a short session 💪 Whenever I’m in a rush, I’d try to go for machines as they’re generally quicker to set up and don’t need much stabilizing. That said, don’t hog at any station or machine for too long, and feel free to swap things around if something’s taken or just not convenient 🙌 That said, don’t skip your warm ups either. A quick 5 mins mobility circuit or 1–2 lighter sets before your working sets can go a long way in helping you perform better.
