I keep seeing ppl say Disney’s probably going to give him a redemption arc in later films but idc😭. Jumba was never a psycopathic villain, albeit his antagonistic tendencies. He never tried to harm lilo or anyone else. And he clearly cared for stitch from the very beginning considering he came around very quickly when he decided to help him rescue lilo. It was just confusing to him that the monster he created with no greater purpose besides destroying things would want a family. But he ended up accepting that too.
