For anyone wondering the game gives you 2-3 upgrade slots and everyone gets the same chance to be the one in the tower no matter what or how many times youve been a runner, meaning you sacrifice runner upgrades to keep those upgrades, all for a possible chance, there is skill to this game, as without those upgrades he has there is such thing as properly ranging your targets to account for bullet drop, and leading your targets to hit them, also normally when you pull the trigger the sights bounce around making it harder to get a second accurate hit, however despite this people tend to spam a lot, and as runners you have upgrades such as armor, speed, and throwables such as smokes, flares, and flashes to make the game harder for the one in the tower
