I was in Cambodia a couple of months ago for three weeks. Never had any problem with beggars or kids. Fantastic country and wonderful friendly people.

I would describe Cambodia as an interesting place (not lovely) but you really have to keep your wits about you, especially late at night.

Cambodia is a lovely place with lovely people. When you go out of the touristic areas. Unfortunately the Americans took their tipping culture with them. A lot working in the tourist industry thinks that it is now normal to get enormous tips from everyone and get angry if you don't
