Hiw can we help our partner with focusing than. He tells me all the time this is exactly what's happening but he can't block it out and then I get frustrated and we unnecessarily fight. I know he struggles but I hate repeating myself. What can we do to help.

just so we clear. she made the video this way to SHOW HOW IT FEELS LIKE to have ADHD. You are supposed to struggle understanding what she is saying. it DOES NOT MEAN that you have ADHD. but if its the same irl, u got a problem.
