I’m just going out on a limb here. And we know what Bev is gonna say. But the argument is they didn’t meet their burden. The best proof is seeing last trial that there was no conviction

Does a judge take previous trials in their decision? Or is it based only on the current case? Because they have impeached several witnesses & shown others not reliable better in this trial I feel.
