Ryuukyuu according to post WWII agreement, is not part of Japan. it's kinda complicated, like Jp invade Ryukyu in wwii and America took over, but u.s. didn't let it independent but give it to jp again after wwii

The Korean spit was forced, not like China/Taiwan. Kim Il Sung was the most popular leader and Korea would’ve unified if the US didn’t get involved. The US put a brutal dictator in the South that slaughtered any communists or any people against the American occupation, the US used the Japanese colonial systems to keep the south under their boot
