i went off on the therapist I have to see to be at an update to my recommendation letter for my top surgery about these *very* issues. needless to say, he was kind of taken back to hear this coming out of a trans person (like we all are expected and assumed to be drinking this woke Kool aid?!) and I'm a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL who COMPLETELY DISAGREES with the medical community AFFIRMING this gaslighting 💩! I don't think he took it well. :/

My boyfriend that HAS been diagnosed with adhd & tourettes says I need to got get diagnosed, but I still sit like nothing is wrong and "if I don't get diagnosed it can't hurt me"😅

we are getting to the point that those without one label or another are the actual minority. people so want labels nowadays. they even create fictitious ones to feel "cool". and sooo many people self diagnosing because they watched one or two tiktoks about a certain disorder. feels like everyone has ADHD, is part of the queer community, all their exes are narcissistic and their parents were abusive.

as an autistic person with an official diagnosis, I'm so happy that more ppl are not pretending to care anymore. it's exhausting to fake giving a shi about the ppl who are the very reason why the world is annoyed at ppl like us who don't make being gay or mentally ill as their whole personality. if that makes sense?
