I've discovered the longer I go without washing my hair, the more she'd I have. So now I wash 4 times a week or more. I have WAY less shed now.

I was shedding so bad and nizoral / ketoconazole shampoo stopped it. I recommend it to everyone ! Walmart has it or a doc can put in a prescription

I really think the shampo & conditioners we are using that are supposedly sulfate free & all the other harmful chemicals are way worse than what it used to be growing up. & it’s making our hair fall out more

I shed a ton too but especially right now. I think it’s seasonal shedding because apparently that’s a thing and I go through cycles of thinking I’m balding and then I’m fine
