My boyfriend’s father accidentally fell into this as well, it was a certain brand of nose spray!! I didn’t know this could happen until then, so glad you got through it!! 💕

Wow, thank you for talking about it Nirami. I thought I was the only one going through this. It was very difficult for me. One day, I was trying to find a pharmacy like crazy (because you know how bad it gets when you don’t use it), and the lady in the pharmacy warned me about it. I thought about it for a long time. I decided to quit. It was really hard, but I’m glad I actually did it. If anybody out there who's still using it, please don’t do this to yourself. I know it’s hard, but it’s also damaging you. ❤️❤️

I was addicted since I was 15 with an on and off period of 1-3 years !! I had afrin everywhere in every pocket every bag thank god I am nose spray free 🙏🏻🙏🏻😂❤️❤️❤️

My mother never allowed us to use nose sprays. I didn’t understand until I got older and found out they get people addicted. They should really have a larger warning on them.
