Ingredients: 	•	2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) 	•	2 tbsp soy sauce 	•	2 tbsp honey 	•	2 tbsp hoisin sauce 	•	1 tbsp sriracha (or more for extra heat) 	•	1 tbsp rice vinegar 	•	1 tbsp sesame oil 	•	2 cloves garlic, minced 	•	1 tsp grated ginger 	•	Juice of 1 lime 	•	Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish) 	•	Lime wedges (for serving) Instructions: 	1. Asian Slaw Ingredients: 	•	3 cups shredded cabbage (green or napa) 	•	1 cup shredded carrots 	•	½ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper 	•	2 green onions, chopped 	•	¼ cup chopped cilantro 	•	¼ cup roasted peanuts (optional for crunch) Dressing: 	•	2 tbsp rice vinegar 	•	1 tbsp soy sauce 	•	1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 	•	1 tsp sesame oil 	•	1 tsp sriracha 	•	1 tbsp lime juice 	•	Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: 	1.	Toss veggies together in a large bowl. 	2.	Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth. 	3.	Combine & chill: Pour dressing over slaw, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving. 	4.
