Turkish Airlines offered a terrible experience. On June 11, 2025, flight TK2420 from Istanbul to Antalya departed with our luggage, but without us on board. There was no clear explanation, no proper assistance, and no accountability from the staff. This level of mismanagement and poor communication is unacceptable for an international airline. Losing passengers but flying with their baggage shows a serious lack of coordination and responsibility. We have never faced such an issue with any other airline. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with Turkish Airlines. This was frustrating, stressful, and completely avoidable.
