So that was happen. Last month me and my husband was treveling to Florence, when we cek in to the hotel, our big suitcase gone from the bagasi of our car. And all our clothes are insinde. We told the receptionist, he said no police officer anymore at 1800 at afternoon, police already finish with work. So we can’t make an report 😡 we have to wait till 0800 in the morning. Allora…. Stresssssss all night and next day. Allora…. What an Italy service treat visitors😡😡😡😡

this is napoli airport 100%. they forgot to put it on the belt so they said it was lost and 2 days later we hadnt heard anything and drove back to the airport and went to the back rooms and found our suitcase just chilling there💀💀💀

One time I couldn’t get through security bc my sandals had too much metal, so I got sent back and told to take them off. Then the worker standing there said to me “dont take your shoes off” and I tried to go through and they said “why would you wear your shoes take them off” and then I went back and took my shoes off and they said “why would your take your shoes off go go go “

Our bags never arrived in Firenze. My boyfriend went to the airport to check if they were there after two days even if we hadn’t gotten a notice. They were in a big hangar with hundreds of other bags. Looked like a suitcase graveyard. They sent us an email 4 days _after_ we picked them up to say that they had arrived and that we could come and collect them
