@daintybite: Soft Zaa’tar bread in 15 minutes from start to finish. This bread is so soft, light flavorful and inspired by my viral quick naan recipe. INGREDIENTS: 300 g all purpose flour/ more for rolling 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup room temperature water * you might need a touch more water depending on the type of flour. YOU CAN KEEP IT PLAIN OR TOP WITH ZAATAR AND OLIVE OIL MIX. You can even spread the Zaatar mix and bake in the oven at 500 degrees F for 5 minutes. Comment naan if you like the full video. Preparation: Simply mix all all the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients. Mix until it forms a dough, don’t overwork the dough and it doesn’t have to rest as well. Heat a non stick pan or cast iron. Make 6 round balls and roll using more flour if needed . Cook on top of the stove for a minute or a little less, you’ll be able to tell the dough is successful as soon as as it start to form bubbles inside the pan, flip on the other side, give it another 30 seconds. You don’t need any oil in the pan.
