As a DI coach, this play is easy to call,..runner out , and runner thrown out of game, and if he’s my player he’s on the bench, I want my older players to play like they’ve been coached,..hats off to the catcher

Anyone who thinks senior is in the wrong doesn’t know baseball. The catcher ran into the way of the base line meaning he’s no longer protected and if he’s still in the way by the time the runner reaches him he’s allowed to push, shove, run into, or do anything to get around the player who shouldn’t be in the base line anyways
