So, fun fact about this scene, Ben doesn't have control of Alien X and has to ask for the keys from Bellicus and Serena. That's why there's a few seconds where he's just standing there in a default pose. DJW said the writers were tired of showing Ben arguing at this point and that they "shouldn't need to show it every time."

This is the episode AFTER he actually gets access to full control, in previous eps while against galactic warrior he made a deal with bellicus and serena, bellicus and serena gets to keep the conversation with each other and ben gets the full control, even for afterwards. So in this episode same thing is still happening bellicus and serena still keeping it like that and ben can freely control alien X, hell it becames a joke to him now. I mean come when did you see ben using alien X for SUCHA small fight. He doesn’t uses alien X execpt special accessions, Idk why he chose alien X on this ep, but it’s nice to see him having no problem over control anymore.
