@soberfitness: A traditional weekly workout split will inevitably overlook something, so whether you have a current workout split or you are a total beginner and just looking to capitalize on those noobie gains… fitness dailies are great for picking up the slack in areas you are lacking! Before I had a workout split, I got started with fitness dailies, and yeah, they produced some muscle imbalances, but they also gave me the means to fix these imbalances! Once I had been doing fitness dailies for a couple years I rolled it all up into a weekly workout split (“The Ultimate Workout Split”) and to this day I continue to use them whenever I notice any imbalances in my physique. For example, my traps are seriously lacking right now… I’m thinking of supplementing my split with a 90 season of 5 minute daily shrugs during the summer months to correct this!
