People drive wreckless in this area. The police don’t do anything (they don’t want to pull over their own) and all the alderman cares about is a new police precinct.

Wreckless driving is a problem plagued throughout the Chicago land area. Brandon Johnson could just properly fund/hire more police and give them the man power to be able to do something.

I understand they’re grieving and hurt rn but drag racing has nothing to do with this? It was a car accident where a pedestrian was unfortunately involved and lost their life. Not sure how much can be done. Very sad for them obviously.

I have two teenagers that walk to bus stop on archer and Lockwood and I tell them all the time to be aware of their surroundings because of the long living (white) residents that feel they own the streets around the area that never stop always flying through stop signs and red lights.😑I know this because I asked my kids like over 10 incidents what was their ethnicity? They always say white 🤦🏻♀️

That’s usually all those speeding cars at night but our ALDERMAN won’t do anything she knows about it I personally talked to her and she said “ I would put those speed signs showing your car speed “ SHE doesn’t care about our community safety it’s only her money she makes 😌😌😌🙄🙄
