I recommend Singapore! We have a great education system and our main language is english(most of us use Singlish tho 😭)

ちょっと聞いただけで、彼女すごいアクセントがあるよね。ケンティさん絶対にアメリカで習ってネイティブの英語じゃないと。それがイギリスにてネイティブの英語じゃないとフィリピン人とか、他の国からの人からの英語は実際のネイティブの英語じゃないし、変なアクセントのクセがつきますよ。
