hi, is it considered as retroactive jealousy if I'm jealous by the way my partner treat her ex? like I'm questioning bakit hindi n'ya kayang gawin yung mga bagay na kaya naman n'yang gawin before? It's making me sad and anxious.

Been experiencing this for quite some time now and I don't know how to escape. We are 11 years now; nang dahil sa retroactive jealousy, nagiging dahilan talaga sa malalang away. 🙁 Maybe I don't get the assurance that I need or maybe I am just too insecure and no self-worth. Hayssss.
