There is property damage. The skin marks on the ground. You know the payment at the taxpayers pay every year. You know the registration we have to pay every year for the streets and the freeway what about the trash that was left behind from people eating and drinking make it make sense.

how much law enforcement don't care and don't do their job no arrest they didn't feel like chasing and plus they didn't feel like doing all the paperwork to the point where they have to go to court 100 people breaking a law and nobody got arrested knowing that that would be me I'll probably be the one to get arrested on that day

sylmar used to have a big street racing problem. once they started taking away racers cars and arresting spectators i the problem went away. time to apply the same rules 🤦🏾♂️
