Well, how do you end it when it’s not a conversation it’s just you answering five questions in 25 minutes which all of my assistant principal interviews have been. They tell you they will be recording your responses so they might not make much eye contact.

Nope you say: based on my experience do you think I am fit to move forward in the hiring process for X company. They either say YES and you closed them, or they give an objection and you can clarify and overcome it.
