You got this. Start working earlier and earlier. 10/15 min is nothing. I get up at 4:45 4days/wk to workout. My clothes are ready, snack caffeine and water bottle. As much post as possible the night before helps me bec I’m slow in the AM. Keep going! It’s doable and I feel great (most days)

I wake up at 515 M-F and I don’t sleep in past 730 on weekends or it does throw my whole sleep schedule off bad! I have my phone silenced from notifications at 9pm and asleep by 1030. It does get easier! Starting in summer is good too because it’s not pitch black at that time!

I highly suggest reading the book (The 5am Club) . There’s a lot of information inside and time breakdowns that will help with implementing everything you want to do! You’re already off to a good start tho 🙂
