this isnt easy on both sides. to the people who had experienced a similar story, i truly understand how you feel. but trust me, just take the time and spend it on yourself. it will take time to heal but you have to learn to accept it. by accepting, youre allowing yourself the opportunity to grow, and to find yourself once again. you will soon find peace with all the love that you have for yourself, and by then, you wont even realise how time passes so quickly. grieve as much as you need but not too long. know your self worth and pick yourself up. if you feel like its hard to do it yourself, turn to your friends. they will always be there to support you. dont resent, for it wont benefit you at all. really just accept the results and tell yourself that you will move on to better things in life. better career, better education, family and friends, better life, and just happiness in general. you WILL find happiness in yourself because only you are capable of giving yourself happiness. what you think affects the amount of happiness you give to yourself, so dont hate. just slowly let go and find your peace because you deserve it.
