Meanwhile if I’ve already said “a little shorter please” once and still think they are too long I’m just going to suck it up and have them a little longer than I prefer lol. If I don’t like it, I’ll just go somewhere else in two weeks when it’s time to get them filled. Simple.

I got mine done once and I was so unhappy with them I cried. Then apologized to her for crying because I was disappointed with my design choice (she didn't do a good job either) but.....She redid them for 50% and I paid for 1.5 sets.

My BIL tinted a ladies car windows. She came in and demanded a refund because she didn’t like it. While the manager was dealing with her my BIL went and tore her tint off, came back in and said “refund her, we got the tint back”. She called the cops but they didn’t do anything. lol

tbh nail salons shouldn’t give refunds just because they don’t ’like they nails’ they literally asked for. because the nail tech took time to do it and even tho their nails are being clipped the nail tech won’t get the time they spent back and the nail salon won’t get the product back.
