I used to have break outs not to that extent but I remember feeling so ugly but what I realized is that I looked the same w or wo break out.... ur beauty doesn't disappear. ur beautiful regardless of the breakout. we can all still see it!💕

I know you dont notice my comments but the worst thing I ever did for my acne and scars was keeping my cortisol high. I was overexercising and was making my acne worst even when I was taking my supplements and eating right. When I stopped overworking my body, it all calmed down quick. Just commenting to help.

I used to have acne very similar to yours. Nothing worked for me but someone told me to try Dudu Osun black soap and within a month my acne and scars were clear. I never had acne like that since. Please try. It saved me..
