Bake (Hands-Off Method) 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. Place tofu on a lined baking tray. 3. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden. Air-Fry (Quick & Crispy) 1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F). 2. Arrange tofu in a single layer in the basket. 3. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy. Grill (Great for Sliced or Skewered Tofu) 1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 2. Lightly oil the surface. 3. Grill tofu for 3–4 minutes per side, until charred and heated through.
