Very sad to what happened bit sometimes bikers need to respect traffic laws and don’t bike like the car have to stop immediately sometimes drivers are focused in another cars and don’t realize the bikers are coming behind you or from your side

To be honest, I wouldn’t blame the Hummer vehicle because these bicycles around the city be avoiding stop sign and other type of science they just be doing whatever they want until they get hit. So I wouldn’t blame the vehicle.

There should be a mandated bicycle license that requires 16 hours of Rules of the Road courses for people who will be riding on main roads with cars, just like motorcycles.
