There are teachers in my building that have a room but they share it because it’s under construction so they also have carts, they are definitely not having fun with that.

Omg I had to do art on a cart. Painting on tiny desks in a math room and sending kids to the janitors closet to clean water cups and paint pallets. I left. It was awful.

one of the science teachers when I was in hs was on a cart and had class in different rooms during that teachers planning.(2001-2005) my 6th grade English teacher was also a floater (98-99)

When I was a 6th grader my class was the roaming class. We had 4 classes to share 3 classrooms. 3 classes were in session at a time. Plus our classrooms were in a construction zone to fix the gym roof that fell the previous June.

I have a classroom, but I'm also the only person who cross-phases at my school, so once or twice a day I have to run to another building to teach the older kids. 3 mins to run across. Luckily without a cart! 🙃

My 11th grade math teacher was on a cart. There’s not enough rooms for how many teachers schools need these days. My old high school had to build rooms in the library cuz they’re so out of space

I think its interesting how different school and teaching is in other country’s, because in Norway the studens have their own classroom and the teachers move around. The teachers have their own desks in a staffroom. We also dont decorate the classrooms like you do and most off the supplies is paid for by the school😊
