Love this idea. You can flip the round bottom over and you won’t get a lip.

Just make the circle bigger and trap it over the lip 🤷♀️

I never cut the parchment. use the square piece so there's an overlap under the base. I've been doing this for years

Yup came to say this too. Turn the bottom over then no lip. Line with paper that sticks out and easy to lift

instead of cutting the paper into a circle, just place the paper whole and lock the pan in place

No need to cut out a circle for your pan just use a regular square of parchment and put it over the bottom of the pan and then put your ring on and you are good to go. Less cutting.

Great idea! I’m starting my own bakery stand and I’m struggling to cut the cheesecake into slices without it all crumbling apart and looking messy! Any tips on how to get clean cut slices? I tried making my knife hot but that didn’t seem to work!

Put a big square on top of round bottom. Click on sides on spring run, line sides. When cooked wait til ten minutes if it’s a hot cake. When it’s ready grab both sides of paper carefully put on cooler.
