I bartended and worked as a barista in NYC for 15yrs and the culture shock of how unserious food handlers certification in LA is... you mean you don't have to sign up for an in person test?

The owner where I work is a former bartender from NYC, and he now owns 6 places. He usually has more important things to focus on, but if he's in the building and something menial needs to be done, he does it. Leading is different than owning.
