@rhegan777: 🍝 stuffed jumbo pasta shells recipe: ingredients: - ricotta cheese - spinach - parsley - mozzarella - marinara - ground beef - jumbo pasta shell - an egg - taco seasoning - salt, pepper, and onion powder - yellow onion directions: - preheat oven to 380 degrees fahrenheit - dice & then sautee onions in pan on medium high heat - add ground beef - once almost fully cooked, add taco seasoning - bowl water and add jumbo pasta shells (cook for 9 minutes) - add in a container of marinara sauce to ground beef and let cook - mix together ricotta (15 oz), an egg, salt, pepper, onion powder and chopped up spinach in a bowl for filling - in a baking dish, put in cooked ground beef + marinara as a base - fill jumbo shells with ricotta filling - place stuffed shells side by side in baking dish till full - add another container of marinara on top of it all - cover baking dish in mozzarella (I used 1 1/2 bags) - (I forgot this step in video, but cover baking dish with aluminum foil) - bake for 40 minutes - take out of oven & remove foil - bake for an additional 5 minutes - enjoy!!!
