apologize. my older sister abused me really bad. said horrible thing to me. pointed and laughed and shamed me. beat me black and blue. and all I wanted to hear was that she was sorry and to acknowledge how it hurt me. it's easier to forgive then you think when it's family. and it would feel better for both of you. sending lots of love your way.

when i was a child, my sister said and did things that hurt me and affected me until these days, I've always remember and I can't communicate properly with her sometimes. Now she's 23 and tries to hug me and that but I always feel uncomfortable bc that's not something that she did in the past, she just pushed me away

My brother and I are 8 years apart I’m the older sibling and I feel like I was so rude to him and wasn’t the best sister….it is my biggest regret even though I was a child myself but it haunts me to know he didn’t have a sister he deserved..because I love him so much and would die for him… I think I was just going through a lot as a kid🥲 And chance I get I always say sorry😭 even as adults and he says it wasn’t that deep but I feel it in my soul and I am 33 years old😞

I used to bully my lil sister and at a certain age in our Culture we call big sisters; abla. Well she did call me abla and the bullying got worse and that one time she did call me abla and I slepped her for it. That was about 25 years ago and she still doesn’t call me abla. Guess did it myself

like 15yrs ago my brother asked me if I wanted to see a cool way to peel an orange and I said "or you could just peel it the normal way" and he looked SO sad. I've apologized but I still feel bad

Same thing with my brother but it wasn’t once, didn’t hug majority of our lives bc of it but a couple years ago when he was drunk he told me he felt rlly bad abt always doing that. We hug now obviously a bit weird sometimes bc we aren’t used to it but it’s better than it was👍 I say just tell him

when i was like 7 and my brother was 6, he called me my nickname at school and these girls i thought were my friends started making fun of me and so i yelled at him and told him to only call me by my first name. he calls our other siblings by their nicknames all the time but only calls me by my first name☹️☹️

This happened when I was like 12 and my older sister was ~17. I’m 21. I haven’t asked since. It wasn’t the only time that sort of thing happened, I guess I’m just bad at picking the right moment? I dont know how to fix it, this weird energy between us that doesn’t let us get close

Yea my mom did this to me a lot, always getting mad and upset when I tried to console her over something I didn’t even cause. I stopped giving her hugs and started realizing she never gave them anyways so I never hugged her again.

I have so many regrets with my brother. Used to yell at him to get out of my room when we were younger and sometimes didn’t want to play games with me. Now we aren’t that close and we barely talk anymore. I miss those times

My biggest regret is how I treated my ex fiancée and how I lost her. I loved that woman more than anyone in the world. She brought color to my life, she was my happy place, the love of my life and my best friend. But I made severe mistakes, I betrayed her, and she left me and I was never allowed to see her again💔 I miss her every day
