as soon as I saw you adding the ice i knew that was gonna crack it. salt and ice froze the glass making the structure extremely unstable.

You didn’t shake it hard enough or add enough.. also try two different grits of salt. Coarse and table salt should do it. Try the highest percent of alcohol you can find. Below 95 isn’t enough.

Less water, more salt, add a drop of Dawn. Once it’s clean I think my advice is to rinse it sooner so it doesn’t dry out with wine in it, and dry it upside down so any residue collects around the open ends
