Well this is the one 🤣  Each portion 510 calories and 46g protein ✅ Hit SAVE for your next easy dinner recipe 📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken breast Tsp smoked paprika  Tsp bbq seasoning  Salt and pepper to taste 40g egg white (or a medium egg) 30g crushed cornflakes  15g runny honey  50g bbq sauce  1.5 tbsp hot water 40g eatlean protein cheese 220g frozen crispy fries (can also make your own)  For the garlic sauce: 40g fat free greek yoghurt  Garlic puree (I used 1/4 tsp) Tsp parsley  Pinch of salt Garnish - spring onion and chopped parsley (red onion would also be nice)  💗Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, bbq seasoning, salt and pepper to taste rubbing in thoroughly.  💗Crush the cornflakes and season lightly with the smoked paprika. Dip the chicken in the egg,  shake off the excess before coating in the cornflakes. Press in throughly and air fry for 17 minutes on 185 degrees. Pop in the fries if using frozen.  💗If making the garlic yoghurt sauce, combine the ingredients above and set to one side.  💗Mix together the honey, bbq sauce and water until combined. Chop the chicken into cubes, brush some of the sauce over the chicken (you can also do it before hand if you just want it on the outer coating) and save some to drizzle over.  💗Top the fries with the chicken, cheese, remaining bbq sauce, pop under the grill for a minute for the cheese to melt. Finish with the yoghurt, spring onion and parsley.
