calories in and calories out. dont eat more calories than you burn. they have done studies where someone ate nothing but twinkies for a month and lost weight because they stayed in a calories deficit.

Yeah now explain why this doesn’t work for women in menopause. Cause strength training plus cardio 3-5 times a week plus intermittent fasting, high protein diet, calorie deficit and only 1200 calories a day (or less) - still the weight and measurements don’t budge after months. 🤔

Also insulin blocks Leptin to the brain, leptin is an appetite suppressant so now when you eat sugar you no longer have a suppressed appetite and are constantly hungry

A lot of poor people and blue collar workers do intermittent fasting without knowing (don’t eat all day until dinner) and still gain weight. Even with a decent amount of fiber.
