I'm a forestry student and I know that sierra Madre is a major protected area in the Philippines, paano na bigyan ng permit yung mining company when infact kasali sa protected area under RA No. 7586, but some parts of sierra Madre is not under NIPAS ACT, we have so many environmental laws here in Philippines pero hindi parin nasusunod, how can government agencies turned blind eye to this.
