Go to Providus page and see customers complaining some have been complaining for months and they are there deleting comments instead of responding to customers I opened account with Providus I transferred from my opay to Providus they said they did not receive any money after 2 weeks the money was in my account now let me withdraw they said I should verify address I sent them my Nepa bill and other documents since then all I get is that they are reviewing it later they said they are sending an agent to my house to verify my address till now agent I didn’t see my money still stock for 5 months now and when you comment on their page they will delete it
