don't say get out Infront of the team it was wrong & you killed her confidence . you should have said okay you know what I want you to observe what I want you to do from the bench & call the other player then let all of them listen to your instructions together then after you let her sit & watch so she can understand more.you don't do that that's Soo wrong . come on
