I had THE WORST PARANOIA and anxiety. And because I was so anxious I was depressed. It was awful. Sad and scared to be alone in my own mind.

Yes, because women that have truly postpartum depression they hide it because we want to look like perfect moms. We want to look like we have it together and that we’re not actually depressed but in reality we are so we put on a fake smile and then we put ourselves together, so yes, this does look like postpartum depression.

Postpartum was the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re reading this and going through it, this is just a season and it will pass🩵🩵

Postpartum depression is the cancer of motherhood. It steals, it isolates, it lies. And surviving it feels like a miracle… it truly was one of the scariest places I’ve ever been 😭 ❤️🩹

I needed to see this so I don’t feel alone. I’m going through this right now and it’s amplified with a husband who doesn’t try to understand or helps at all 😭 I’m just so tired…

The worst thing that could happen to a first time mother is this, because how can I just forgot so many days about my baby? Why do I feel so sad? How can I handle sadness, happiness and anger at the same time I’m mothering?
